Lisa Kersten, Olympian at Sydney 2000 was a special guest speaker. She inspired our students with the knowledge that she represented New Zealand having honed her softball skills from Ahaura. Thank you Lisa, for sharing your wonderful memories and photos with us. Thank you for travelling all the way from Christchurch to open our Mini-Olympics! We all had an amazing day with so much fun and laughter – and some great gumboot throws!
